A friend from college shared this recipe with me, and I made up the name of the special drink. My husband and kids love this healthy and delicious smoothie. It’s a great smoothie to serve with breakfast or as an after-school treat.
2/3 cups frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups milk
1 t vanilla
1/4 cup sugar (can be omitted)
16 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Enjoy!
