1) Pour whipping cream into jar and close jar tightly.
2) Shake jar vigorously. Continue shaking until most of the cream has turned into chunks.
3) Pour out remaining liquid.
4) Place butter into serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
